专利摘要:
Activated sludge sewage treatment process comprising aerating a mixed liquor comprising phosphate-containing influent sewage material to cause the microorganisms present to take up phosphate, separating phosphate-enriched sludge from the mixed liquor, and settling the separated sludge in a phosphate stripping zone to form supernatant liquor and settled sludge. At least part of the settled sludge is maintained under anaerobic conditions to cause release of soluble phosphate and the resulting sludge containing released phosphate is contacted with a lower soluble phosphate content medium to effect phosphate enrichment of the supernatant liquor in the stripping zone, with at least a portion of the anaerobic sludge being recirculated to the aeration zone.

(54) METHOD OF BIOCHEMICAL CLEANING
WASTE WATER CONTAINING PHOSPHORUS
one
The invention relates to methods for the biochemical treatment of wastewater and can be used, in particular, in the treatment of wastewater containing phosphorus.
A known method for the biochemical purification of phosphorus-containing wastewater is that the wastewater after primary settling 10 enters the aeration zone, then into the secondary clarifier, from which the phosphate-purified water is removed, and the phosphate-enriched sludge is sent to the tank in which separating the phosphate-rich supernatant from the depleted sludge; the phosphate-rich float layer is treated with settling reagents and settling sediment is fed into the 20 stream before the aeration zone. The degree of purification from phosphates is 80% l.
This method is the closest to the technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed one.
In order to increase the degree of phosphorus decontamination, the treatment of phosphate enriched sludge is carried out under anaerobic conditions, preferably 30
but 25-75% of phosphate-enriched sludge is recycled to the stage of treatment with activated sludge in the aeration tank, and 75-25% to the stage of reagent treatment. In addition, the preferred re-settling time is 2-30 hours. The method is carried out as follows.
Wastewater: phosphorus-laden, after the primary clarifier, is fed into the aeration tank, and then into the secondary clarifier, from which the purified water is removed, and phosphate-rich sludge is sent to the separator, where the separation takes place within 2-30 hours, for example When mixed with supernatant or gas, oxygen is not contained in the phosphate-rich supernatant from the sludge that is treated under anaerobic conditions. 25-75% of phosphate-enriched sludge is sent to the aeration tank, and 75-25% to the stage of reagent processing.
Phosphate-enriched sludge, in which phosphorus is found in the cells of microorganisms, is maintained under anaerobic conditions for a time sufficient for these microorganisms
